Leading an international data science team, driving both R&D and legacy projects. Introduced LLM-powered AI solutions, strengthened analytics and recommendation systems, and ensured team resilience through crises. Skilled in AWS, Python, and advanced AI/ML applications.
Developed 10+ ML algorithms from scratch, built a full-stack analytics ecosystem (Segment, Redshift, Tableau, Mixpanel), and established the Data Analytics team. Acted as interim Data Engineer to secure data pipelines and AWS operations while leading team strategy.
